Fruit Filled Froyo Bites

These fruit filled froyo bites are refined sugar free and the perfect healthy snack for hot summer days.
Prep Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • fruit of your choice *chopped into pieces if larger than a blueberry or grape

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix the yogurt and honey/maple syrup until combined.

  2. 2. Add the fruit to the bowl and mix until fully covered.

  3. 3. Using spoon, place 1 or 2 pieces of fruit into each section of an ice cube tray.

    *Amount of fruit depends on size of fruit and ice cube tray.

  4. 4. Top the fruit with the leftover yogurt mixture to cover the fruit and freeze until solid.

    *Keep the bites stored in the freezer.
