One Pot Beef and Broccoli Ramen

One Pot Beef and Broccoli Ramen is easy, delicious, and so much healthier than take out! Plus, it's super budget friendly.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped into florets
  • 2 3 ounce packages ramen noodles *discard spice packets
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce *can also use tamari or coconut aminos
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil *can use avocado oil or sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced into small pieces

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare sauce, slice steak, and chop broccoli.

  2. 2. Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Season steak with salt and pepper and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.

  3. 3. Add broccoli to pan and cook until bright green, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. 4. Add sauce. 

  5. 5. Break up noodles and add to pan. Mix well. Cook until tender, about 5-6 minutes.

  6. 6. Serve with green onions and sriracha if desired.
