An easy, healthy meal prep recipe that is perfect for breakfast.
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
3. Pour evenly into 5 mason jars, about 3/4 way full. Make sure to grease your jars first (I use coconut oil).
4. Bake for 25-30 min.
5. Once the jars are cool to the touch, place a lid on and store in the refrigerator.
To reheat: Remove lid from the mason jar and microwave for 1 minute.
