Apple Pie Overnight Oats

This Apple Pie Overnight Oat recipe is the perfect healthy breakfast on busy mornings. It tastes just like apple pie and is perfect for meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 apple, small diced

Instructions

  1. 1. Dice apple into small pieces.

  2. 2. Mix all ingredients together except 1/4 of the apple pieces (for the topping)

  3. 3. Divide the mixture evenly between two mason jars. Top with the remaining apple pieces.

  4. 4. Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat (will last several days).
