Pomegranate Overnight Oats

These creamy and nutritious oats will be sure to start your morning off right!

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk*
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice (100% juice)*
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder*
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds


  1. 1. Mix all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

  2. 2. Separate mixture into three containers. I use mason jars.

  3. 3. Store in refrigerator overnight and up to one week.

  4. 4. Top with additional pomegranate seeds right before serving.

  5. 5. Enjoy!

  6. *Can use any milk of your choice.

  7. *Can just use milk of choice, omitting the pomegranate juice. But I prefer adding the juice because it boosts the flavor of the oats!

  8. *I use Tone It Up protein powder, but any will do. Just make sure the ingredients are clean and there isn't a lot of sugar. However, this can be omitted.
  9. *PRO TIP: Right before serving, add a little more milk to make the oats creamier (if needed).
