Spinach and Artichoke Dip


Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts *drained and chopped
  • 2 cups mayonnaise *I use sour cream instead
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach *thawed and drained

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. 2. Melt all ingredients slowly in a saucepan until creamy. Stirring to make sure everything is mixed together well.

  3. 3.Pour into a casserole dish and bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

  4. 4. Serve hot with crackers.
